Facilitator Partnerships

Applications for facilitator partnerships are currently closed. However, if you'd like to share KAKAO with your community/clientele and receive commissions on their orders, you can become an affiliate and obtain links/discount codes to share. Apply here.

If you are a cacao ceremony facilitator or have a professional offering where you'd like to incorporate KAKAO, please order from the website. If you have previously applied to our facilitator program and would like to potentially renew your partnership (must meet requirements), please email hello@flykakao.com.

Larger Events & Festivals

If you have an upcoming event or festival where you would like to share KAKAO with 50 or more people, please email hello@flykakao.com with ALL of the below info. Please note: you must have worked with KAKAO personally and consistently in recent months. Upon approval, we will offer you 20%+ off the KAKAO for this specific gathering. Thank you for your support and partnership!

  • How long have you worked with KAKAO's specific products and what has your experience been?
  • Name of event and festival along with website and registration links
  • Date of event
  • City, state, country of event
  • Description of gathering
  • How many people are attending?
  • In your email, please also confirm that you will be sharing with your attendees about the specific brand of KAKAO and educating your guests on what makes KAKAO different i.e. our sourcing & alliances, our non profit mission, processing methods that honor ancient tradition, etc.

Furthermore, if you'd share KAKAO with your attendees and receive commissions on their orders, you can also become an affiliate and obtain links/discount codes to share. Apply here.

Retail/Wholesale Accounts

If you have a storefront, wellness center or festival booth where you would like to resell bags of KAKAO, we would be delighted to partner with you! We offer 25% off for storefronts that purchase 10lbs or more.

Please note that the retail discount is strictly for commercial use. We ask that all personal orders be placed at the regular price, as we are a 501c3 non profit and do not have the margins to accommodate beyond the retail partnership agreement.

Please email hello@flykakao.com with the following info:

  • Name of store, wellness center or festival (must already be open and in operation)
  • Exact address of store or wellness center
  • Storefront website
  • Full name of owner of business
  • Please share how you intend to sell bags of KAKAO at your storefront. If you have any photos to show us where you will display it, that would be wonderful!
